CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY
A confirmation of appointment must be done at least 8 hours prior to appointment. You will receive a text message to confirm and must reply within this time frame as failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation and deposit will be lost.
◇ at the first appointment, a €25 deposit must be paid.
◇ a mandatory 48-hour notice is needed, and no fees are applied.
◇ for less than 24 hours' notice, 50% from the treatment must be paid.
◇ a maximum of 3 reschedules are accepted. After the 3rd, the deposit is not refundable, and no other appointments will take place.
◇ for the "NO CALL, NO SHOW" appointments, the deposit is lost.
